Review

The story basically revolves around Roger Wilco (janitor and part-time space-hero) just trying to figure out what the heck is going on. From the start you are thrown through a time warp and you arrive in Space Quest XII only to find that the 'Sequel Police' are after you. They are employed by your old enemy Sludge Vohaul who is once and for all trying to dispose of you. You travel through time quite extensively visiting many other Space Quest episodes where you meet your son, your future wife, your future ex-wife and an all new astro chicken.

The game play is a change from the previous Space Quest episodes - now using the point-and-click method that most quest games evolved into as opposed to having to type everything. There are many fast-paced scenes inducing much unneeded stress on game players. The difficulty level is fairly moderate depending on how experienced you are with the Space Quest series.

In my humble opinion this is one of the best Space Quest episodes, combining the usual Space Quest humor with action packed game play. The fast, action sequences are done very well and can be very challenging. All-in-all, I would say that for any devoted quest game fan to not have this game is a sacrilege.
